Cosmic Cow – Milk Stout, 4.8% ABV
Step into the dark side of the galaxy.
Cosmic Cow is a rich, velvety milk stout that delivers waves of smooth chocolate and roasted malt, balanced with the gentle sweetness of lactose. Poured deep space-black with a creamy tan head, it glides over the palate like a slow drift through the stars.
Brewed with premium barley, oats, and specialty chocolate malts, every sip wraps you in a blanket of warmth. The mouthfeel is full-bodied yet soft, and there’s a silky finish that lingers just long enough to tempt the next taste.

Moon Baby – American Pale Ale, 4.0% ABV
A lunar lightshow of flavour.
Moon Baby is bright, hazy, and absolutely packed with juicy hop character. Brewed with a blend of American hops—think Citra, Cascade, or Amarillo—it bursts with flavours of grapefruit, ripe pineapple, and a hint of stone fruit.
The golden pour carries a soft haze, and the aroma hits first: zesty citrus peel and tropical fruit salad. With a light, bready malt backbone and a balanced, gentle bitterness, this pale ale is sessionable yet full of cosmic energy.

Solar Flare – Session IPA, 3.9% ABV
A flash of fire, then pure refreshment.
This is your new go-to session IPA: light, bright, and bursting with flavour without the punch of high ABV. Solar Flare crackles with tropical brightness—expect notes of mango, passionfruit, and a squeeze of lime, all layered over a crisp malt base.
Dry-hopped to perfection, it leaves a clean, snappy bitterness that dances on the tongue and calls for another sip. Golden in colour with a radiant clarity, it’s like catching sunlight in a glass.

Each of these beers is brewed in small batches at our Mansfield Woodhouse brewery, using top-tier British barley and hops from around the globe. Whether you’re after bold and creamy, fruity and hazy, or crisp and refreshing, this new trio has something for every kind of beer explorer.
